Clients looking for help managing mild to moderate anxiety and depression will be able to work with our network of therapists to manage and treat their mental health needs through therapeutic interventions, all delivered via a convenient video conferencing platform. We are now expanding to offer medication management, looking for an experienced nurse practitioner to join our team of Dietitians and Licensed Mental Health providers. The Role: This is a contract 1099 position You'll practice medication management responsibilities Results and data-driven - Use evidence-based practices & proprietary data to optimize care Lead with empathy - Ensure that all client interactions are characterized by authentic empathy & compassion Deep, hands-on leadership - Leaders work collaboratively & in-depth with cross-disciplinary care teams to provide treatment Qualifications: Master's or doctoral degree from an accredited university or graduate program in psychiatric mental health nursing Appropriate North Carolina state licensure: you must have an active NC Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) license with MD supervisor Nurse Practitioner approval includes prescriptive authority for legend drugs and Controlled Substance Schedules II – V consistent with the scope of practice as determined by educational preparation and national certification. 1+ years of independent experience in psychiatry, ideally in outpatient You have access to reliable and stable internet while working remotely Have functioning work space for privacy Active license with at least 2 years of experience post licensure. Comfortable prescribing for anxiety, depression, insomnia, bi-polar 2, and PTSD Job Type: Contract Standard shift: Day shift Evening shift This is a remote position.
