Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (NP) / Physician Assistant (PA-C) – Remote

How You’ll Contribute As a Psychiatric APP you’ll deliver high-quality, evidence-based psychiatric care to adult patients enrolled in our virtual programs. You’ll work collaboratively with physicians, care coordinators, clinical teammates, and operational partners to provide comprehensive, patient-centered care in a fully remote environment. What You’ll Do Conduct virtual patient assessments and medical histories Diagnose and manage psychiatric conditions Prescribe and manage medications in accordance with clinical protocols and supervision requirements Develop, implement, and adjust individualized treatment plans Monitor patient progress, safety, and treatment response Escalate clinical concerns as appropriate Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams Maintain accurate , timely clinical documentation in the EHR Uphold telehealth, prescribing, and compliance standards What We’re Looking For Psychiatric care experience as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant is preferred. Active PA or NP license in good standing with NP board certification or graduation from an accredited PA program. Must hold or be actively seeking licensure in Vermont and/or Pennsylvania. Strong clinical judgment and excellent virtual patient communication skills. Comfort working with clinical protocols and supervision requirements. A collaborative, team-oriented approach to working with physicians, care coordinators, other staff, and operational partners. Able to efficiently use and adapt to EHRs, telehealth platforms, and a variety of digital communication and workflow tools. Schedule & Compensation Hours: ~20 hours/week, with flexibility based on availability and program needs. Hourly rate: $65-$75/hour; Compensation is competitive and based on experience, qualifications, and overall role fit.
