Bilingual Indonesia based Psychiatrists & Mental Health Physicians. Remote AI Project


We are seeking experienced bilingual Psychiatrists and Mental Health Physicians to contribute to a remote AI project focused on psychiatric reasoning, culturally relevant case evaluation, and bilingual clinical communication.


You will develop and review realistic psychiatric case studies, assess complex mental health scenarios, provide expert annotations, and help ensure AI-generated psychiatric content reflects sound clinical reasoning, cultural sensitivity, and ethical standards.


What You’ll Do


  • Develop and evaluate complex psychiatric case studies based on realistic clinical scenarios.
  • Review psychiatric assessments, differential considerations, treatment planning, and case documentation.
  • Provide expert annotations and written analyses grounded in accepted psychiatric practice.
  • Assess whether clinical reasoning is accurate, complete, culturally appropriate, and ethically sound.
  • Produce clear bilingual documentation in English.
  • Identify cultural, linguistic, and contextual factors that may influence psychiatric interpretation.
  • Review sensitive mental health content while maintaining confidentiality and professional standards.
  • Contribute to bilingual communication frameworks for psychiatric information.
  • Collaborate asynchronously with interdisciplinary project teams and provide expert feedback on AI-generated mental health reasoning.

Relevant backgrounds include Psychiatrists, Consultant Psychiatrists, General Psychiatrists, Adult Psychiatrists, and Clinical Psychiatrists.


We also welcome Medical Officers and Physicians who have completed formal psychiatry residency or specialist psychiatric training.


Subspecialty backgrounds may include Child and Adolescent Psychiatrists, Geriatric Psychiatrists, Addiction Psychiatrists, Consultation-Liaison Psychiatrists, Forensic Psychiatrists, and Neuropsychiatrists.


Academic and teaching backgrounds may include Psychiatry Lecturers, Medical Educators, Clinical Faculty, Teaching Hospital Psychiatrists, and Psychiatry Researchers with active clinical expertise.


Mental health leadership backgrounds may include Clinical Leads, Department Heads, Psychiatry Consultants, Mental Health Program Leads, and Senior Medical Officers with psychiatric specialization.


Additional relevant backgrounds include Digital Mental Health Clinicians, Telepsychiatry Physicians, Research Psychiatrists, and bilingual clinical experts with strong English communication skills.


Requirements


  • Medical degree such as MD, MBBS, or equivalent.
  • Completed psychiatry residency or formal specialist psychiatric training.
  • Valid medical license or equivalent professional authorization.
  • Good fluency and advanced proficiency in English.
  • Strong experience in psychiatric assessment, treatment planning, and case documentation.
  • Ability to apply cultural sensitivity and ethical reasoning to complex mental health scenarios.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and clinical accuracy.
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.


Preferred Background


  • Professional experience practicing psychiatry in Indonesia.
  • Experience with adult, child, geriatric, addiction, consultation-liaison, forensic, or community psychiatry.
  • Experience teaching medical students, residents, or mental health professionals.
  • Experience developing psychiatric case studies, educational materials, or clinical training content.
  • Experience participating in research, digital health, telepsychiatry, or interdisciplinary clinical projects.
  • Familiarity with both Western psychiatric frameworks and culturally informed mental health practice.
