What you'll do

• Build challenging psychiatric case studies from real-world and culturally specific situations

• Assess psychiatric cases and annotate them using Vietnamese clinical practice and perspectives

• Write clear psychiatric documentation and analysis in Vietnamese and English

• Review mental health AI evaluations and explain where their methods or conclusions need improvement

Who this is for

• Medical degree such as an MD, MBBS or equivalent

• Valid medical license and completed psychiatry residency

• Extensive experience with psychiatric assessment, treatment planning and case documentation in Vietnamese clinical settings; fluent Vietnamese and advanced written and spoken English

• No AI experience needed. You bring the expertise; we bring the training on the tools.

• $100–$200 per hour, paid hourly as an independent contractor

• Fully flexible schedule; fully remote, Vietnam
