Required Qualifications: Doctoral or Master's degree in Psychology Active North Carolina psychology license or eligibility for licensure Strong clinical, communication, and writing skills Commitment to providing high-quality, family-centered care Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team Reside in the Charlotte area or plan to relocate within three months Preferred Qualifications: Experience working with children, adolescents, and/or families Pediatric outpatient experience Experience conducting psychological or psychoeducational assessments Experience with Autism Spectrum Disorder evaluations and/or ADOS-2 Experience providing evidence-based therapeutic interventions Early-career psychologists and experienced clinicians are encouraged to apply! Compensation & Benefits: We offer a Base Plus compensation model that provides the stability of a base salary with additional earning potential based on billable hours. Total earning potential up to $150,000+ annually, based on caseload, productivity, and experience.
