Responsibilities: Conduct psychological assessments and evaluations for clients. Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on client needs. Provide individual and group therapy sessions in a hybrid format. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to enhance client care. Stay current with best practices and emerging trends in psychology. Participate in training and professional development opportunities. Build strong therapeutic relationships with clients to foster trust and engagement. Requirements: Doctoral degree in Psychology (PhD or PsyD) from an accredited institution. Current licensure to practice psychology in Pennsylvania. Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a mental health setting. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Experience with diverse populations and various therapeutic modalities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficient in electronic health record (EHR) systems. Passion for mental health advocacy and client-centered care.
