ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

This opportunity is for someone trained in psychology who would like to move into recruitment consulting, make a tangible impact on healthcare, and build their financial prospects, and work from home.

You will learn in a multidisciplinary environment combining soft skills, psychology, business, medical sector knowledge, and an understanding of physicians’ working conditions.

From a purpose point of view, by helping doctors relocate abroad, you will make a difference to their personal and professional lives while improving access to primary care for thousands of patients in underserved communities.

You will begin with a three-month structured training and selection period. Successful participants will then join as Junior Recruitment Consultants, with opportunities to progress quickly to Recruitment Consultant, Senior Recruitment Consultant, and beyond, based on performance and readiness.

You’ll work from home as part of a small, dedicated international team with a collaborative and entrepreneurial culture. Our primary markets are Canada and the United Kingdom, but the role can be performed remotely from anywhere in the world.

ROLE MISSION

Help Canadian healthcare organizations recruit physicians globally (from UK, Ireland, Australia, USA, etc), improving access to primary care for underserved communities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Develop Deep Sector Expertise: Follow our structured training & selection program and continuously study the sector to become an expert in international physician recruitment.
2. Strategic Matching and Problem Solving: Understand client and candidate needs to create high-quality, long-term matches and proactively develop creative solutions to challenges throughout the recruitment process.
3. Market Education and Advisory Role: Advise clients and candidates on market conditions, contract structures, remuneration models, role scope and work content optimization, and clinic operational improvements.
4. Teamworking: Collaborate through daily interaction, ongoing coordination, and shared projects, reporting directly to the Managing Director
5. Drive Placements to Completion: Use strong closing skills, persistence, and proactive communication to complete placements against clear KPIs and monthly targets.
6. CRM updates: Maintain accurate, timely, structured, and complete records of candidate notes, process stages, communications, and status changes to support performance tracking and team coordination.

BENEFITS

💰 Compensation: Monthly base remuneration as a full-time freelancer, plus USD $250+ per successful candidate placement. This commission increases as you progress—for example, to USD $500 per placement at Recruitment Consultant level, which we would like you to reach within six months.

REQUIREMENTS

• Excellent written and spoken English
• Excellent interpersonal and soft skills
• Analytical ability
• Commercial awareness
• High digital literacy and comfort working with CRM systems and online tools.
• Trained as: Psychologist, Clinical Psychologist, Counseling Psychologist, Educational Psychologist, Forensic Psychologist, Health Psychologist, Occupational Psychologist, Neuropsychologist, Child Psychologist, Behavioral Therapist, Cognitive Behavioral Therapist (CBT Therapist), Psychotherapist, Mental Health Practitioner, Applied Psychologist, Research Psychologist, etc.
