Public Marketing Lead

Dear marketing people,

I am gathering my startup team! Talmenta transitions mathematical research from the 19th century (master-apprentice + deep thinking) to the 21st century (management-based + AI-assisted). We implement this transformation by training and dispatching research managers to mathematicians worldwide. I need a great marketer to get this message out to the world!

Until now I have worked with junior crew from university which has generated enough evidence that the company is feasible, but it's time to hire real professionals like you. We have succeeded approaching and selling directly to mathematicians, but the mathematical community and society at large remain completely unaware of our efforts.

What is different in this role:

• Public action. I expect you to go onstage within the research community, media and government. If you feel silenced in your current job, this marketing position will give you the chance to show yourself to the world.

• Enormous freedom. I will give you great advice every week, but the only instruction I will ever give you is "make us famous". If you naturally pursue big goals but are constantly redirected in your current job, you will enjoy my work setting.

• Become more of yourself. Talmenta is built entirely around the value of talent-based management. We not only supply great management to mathematicians, but also within our own company. If you already know who you are and want to take your strengths to the next level, you will enjoy my mentorship.

Here is more context:

• Business evidence. The mathematical research community anticipates shocking workforce changes due to the rise of AI. Discussions in university mailing lists confirm that selecting and training research managers is the missing key for this transition. We have five preliminary clients and are in conversation with Axiom Math to serve as their technology distributor.

• Compensation. Talmenta is an early-stage startup. I will pay you enough so you can live and breathe but the real incentive lies in the stock ownership (think 1–3%) you will receive for advertising this exceptional venture.

• Work schedule. I am looking for high-performing individuals who are energized by our mission and ready to commit full-time. However I will understand if you are not ready yet, in which case you may start with part-time freelancing.
