We are now looking for a driven PR Specialist to join our PR team and to work on securing placements in blogs and other digital publications, as well as industry podcasts.

About the Role

As a PR Specialist, you’ll be responsible for pitching and securing podcast interviews, mentions in industry publications across the globe, and full published articles for our CEO clients. You’ll collaborate closely with 2 other members of the PR team and 3 Client Engagement Specialists (who directly liaise with clients).

What You’ll Do:

• Outreach & Booking: Pitch podcast hosts, journalists, and blog writers, and secure 3 opportunities per client monthly.
• Strategic Pitching: Craft short, compelling, and highly personalized pitches that stand out.
• Relationship Building: Develop strong connections with podcast hosts and journalists for future opportunities.
• Efficiency & Volume: Balance high-volume outreach with quality - nobody reads long pitches, so you’ll need to be sharp, concise, and impactful.
• Collaboration: Work with our research and engagement teams to ensure seamless execution.
• Organization & Tracking: Keep everything on point using our podcast database tool & Google Sheets.
