About Us
At ROI, we support automotive brands in achieving their strategic sales goals by combining innovative people solutions and marketing strategies with technology platforms, connecting consumers and manufacturers and helping to drive the automotive industry forward.
We work with leading global brands, including BMW, JLR, Volvo, Kia and Volkswagen, and we’re looking for a Public Sector Support Executive to join our Nissan team.
The Role
Bring your public sector knowledge to a role where your organisation, accuracy and customer focus will make a real difference.
You’ll coordinate Nissan’s public sector fleet activity, from identifying tender opportunities and managing submissions to supporting vehicle orders through to delivery. Working closely with customers, procurement bodies, framework authorities and internal teams, you’ll keep activity on track and ensure public sector standards, procurement requirements and contractual commitments are met.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor procurement portals, assess opportunities and manage timely, accurate tender submissions.
Maintain framework compliance, coordinating pricing approvals, updates and required reporting.
Prepare customer quotations, proposals and order documentation, maintaining accurate records and audit trails.
Coordinate vehicle orders and stock allocation, working with supply teams, converters and logistics providers to manage delivery schedules and resolve supply issues.
Produce reports on tender performance, orders, stock and deliveries, highlighting risks and opportunities.
Maintain documentation in line with procurement requirements and support internal and external audits.
What We’re Looking For
You’ll bring a sound understanding of how the public sector operates, alongside the confidence to manage detailed processes and build effective working relationships. You’ll take ownership, keep competing deadlines under control and communicate clearly throughout.
Key Skills & Experience:
Working knowledge of public sector standards and processes is essential, including procurement, tendering, purchasing frameworks and compliance requirements.
Experience supporting public sector procurement, tenders, contracts or accounts, with an understanding of relevant Procurement Act requirements.
Strong administration and coordination skills, with excellent attention to detail and accurate record keeping.
Confident written and verbal communication skills and a professional, customer-focused approach.
The ability to prioritise a varied workload and meet firm submission and reporting deadlines.
Confidence using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, to maintain information and produce reports.
Automotive fleet, vehicle ordering or supply chain experience would be an advantage.
Why Join Us?
We understand how important it is to look after our employees, so in return for your hard work, we offer great benefits including:
A £500 annual health and wellbeing allowance.
Access to education bursaries to help you learn new skills.
A day off and a voucher for your birthday.
Company pension.
Healthcare plans, including private medical insurance and dental cover.
22 days’ annual leave, rising to 30 with length of service.
Subsidised car purchase schemes.
