Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Purchase Analyst to join our client procurement international team. This role involves data-driven decision-making, supplier management, and procurement optimization, while also supporting back-office operations such as data entry in SAP, documentation, and supplier follow-ups. The ideal candidate will have a combination of analytical skills and organizational expertise, along with 3-5 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Procurement Analysis:

  • Analyze procurement data, supplier performance, and market trends to identify cost-saving opportunities.
  • Evaluate purchasing patterns to optimize inventory levels.
  • Review and assess supplier proposals, contracts, and pricing agreements.
  • Verify invoices to ensure they comply with contracts, payment terms, and conditions.

Data Management in SAP:

  • Ensure accurate and timely entry of purchase-related data into the SAP system.
  • Maintain data integrity and compliance with company standards.

Documentation and Reporting:

  • Organize and manage procurement documentation, maintaining systematic records for easy retrieval.
  • Prepare detailed reports on procurement activities, including cost analysis, supplier performance, and savings achieved.

Supplier Management and Follow-Up:

  • Build and maintain effective relationships with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries and quality service.
  • Track and follow up on orders to ensure adherence to delivery schedules.

Service Delivery for Internal Clients:

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand and fulfill their purchasing needs.
  • Ensure timely and efficient delivery of services to internal clients.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

Background and Experience:

  • 3-5 years of relevant work experience in procurement,
  • Exposure to procurement processes, SAP, or ERP systems is an advantage.

Skills and Competencies:

  • Advanced level of English (written and spoken).
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office Suite.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and demonstrate fast learning capabilities.
  • Resilience in handling challenging situations and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (preferred).
  • Professional certifications such as Certified Purchasing Professional (CPP) or experience with SAP/ERP systems is a plus.

Working Conditions:

  • Regular collaboration with internal teams and external suppliers.
  • Availability for traveling outside the country
  • Hybrid (40% at the office, 60% work from home)
