Identifying and evaluating suitable suppliers and quotes External and internal procurement of high-quality, cost-effective products and materials Inspecting delivered goods and services for quality assurance and monitoring inventory levels Obtaining quotes and negotiating contracts and prices Maintaining material and master data in our inventory management system (SAP) Supporting our development department in the procurement of prototype parts You have completed training as an Office Management Specialist (f/m/d), Technical Business Administrator, Industrial Engineer, or a comparable program. You have in-depth knowledge of procurement processes and supply chain management. You have strong SAP skills in the MM and PP modules. You can read and understand basic technical drawings, bills of materials, and data sheets. You possess strong interpersonal skills, excellent communication and organizational abilities, and a good command of German and English.
