Purchasing Operations Specialist

Overall Purpose of Job: Administrative support of Purchasing team in daily business ( SAP maintenance) upon request from Purchasing organization placed on OTRS- service desk Main tasks, roles and responsibilities : SAP Master data management (material master data maintenance, output maintenance) Purchase Order/Info record/Scheduled Agreement creation and maintenance Sales Order creation/Cock pit processing Price/Payment terms maintenance Tool ordering / tool change ordering; incl TAD maintenance Fast PCB, etc. SAP/SAC reporting ( Supplier List extended, Price deviation. Etc.) Other activities related to Purchasing Operations Support Team scope: ad-hoc reports, mass communication to suppliers, certificate management in SAP, documents upload etc. Experiences and requirements: University or college degree Basic user of Excel (basic formulas and pivot), Word, Power point, Share point Interest in working with the systems. Ability to learn new systems (e.g. Robotic Process Automation tools).
