Help shape winning client opportunities and drive business growth at KPMG.

As a Pursuits Lead & Sales Enablement Manager, you will work closely with Partners, Directors, and engagement teams to help KPMG win strategic opportunities. You'll lead high-impact pursuits, develop compelling proposals and bring innovative ideas that strengthen client relationships and differentiate KPMG in the market. Beyond managing pursuits, the Pursuits Lead actively challenges teams to think differently about how they engage clients, create meaningful touchpoints and position KPMG's capabilities in compelling and innovative ways.

What You'll Do

• Lead the end-to-end pursuit and proposal process for strategic opportunities.
• Guide teams in developing winning strategies, value propositions, and client-focused messaging.
• Coach and support teams to improve business development, proposal, and presentation capabilities.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across the firm to mobilize the best expertise for clients.
• Identify creative ways to engage clients through workshops, executive briefings, digital tools, thought leadership, and AI-enabled solutions.
• Drive continuous improvement by sharing best practices, lessons learned, and market insights.
• Build strong relationships with internal teams and help position KPMG as a trusted advisor to clients.

Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in pursuits, business development, sales enablement, proposal management, consulting, or a related role.
• Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Excellent writing, storytelling, and presentation abilities.
• Commercial awareness and a client-centric mindset.
• The ability to influence and coordinate diverse teams in a fast-paced environment.
• A creative and innovative approach to solving challenges and engaging clients.
