The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of professional Python development experience and hands-on experience designing, developing, evaluating, and deploying AI/ML solutions. Experience with LLMs, Generative AI, Prompt Engineering, RAG, AI Agents, and cloud-based AI platforms is highly desirable. The successful candidate will work closely with technical and business stakeholders to develop scalable, reliable, and production-ready solutions. Required Qualifications * 8+ years of professional experience developing applications using Python. * Strong programming, software engineering, debugging, and problem-solving skills. * Hands-on experience with AI/ML model development, training, evaluation, and deployment. * Experience with Python libraries/frameworks such as: * NumPy * Pandas * Scikit-learn * TensorFlow * PyTorch * Experience with Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs). * Knowledge of Prompt Engineering, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and AI Agent frameworks. * Experience with REST APIs, microservices, and database technologies. * Experience with cloud-based AI platforms or services. * Exposure to MLOps, model deployment, CI/CD, and production support. * Strong communication and collaboration skills. * Ability to work effectively with business and technical stakeholders. Preferred Qualifications Azure AI, GCP/Lumi , or other cloud AI platforms Microsoft Copilot Studio, LangChain, and Vector Databases NLP, Conversational AI, Agentic AI, and RAG LLM / Generative AI application development MLOps, CI/CD, Docker, and Kubernetes Key Responsibilities * Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable Python applications. * Build and integrate AI/ML and Generative AI solutions. * Develop, train, evaluate, and deploy machine learning models. * Develop applications using LLMs, RAG, Prompt Engineering, and AI Agents. * Integrate AI capabilities with enterprise applications, APIs, databases, and microservices. * Build and maintain REST APIs and cloud-based services. * Implement and support MLOps and CI/CD practices. * Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions. * Troubleshoot and optimize application and model performance. * Follow software development, testing, documentation, security, and deployment best practices Flexible work from home options available.
