Exciting Python AI Engineer opportunity to join an established, growing software business at a pivotal point in its AI journey. With thousands of customers across hospitality, retail and leisure, the business has recently launched its first AI product and is now expanding its team to build on this foundation.

You’ll develop a standalone Python AI application, integrating LLMs with customer data to deliver practical, production-ready AI features. Join a collaborative, technology-focused team with an R&D mindset, offering genuine ownership, the opportunity to influence technical decisions and the chance to help shape the future of its AI offering.

Role / opportunity:

Skills / experience:

• 3+ years’ professional Python development experience
• Experience building applications using LLM APIs
• Knowledge of prompt engineering, tool calling and structured outputs
• Comfortable working with SQL and analytical databases
