Collaborate with the recruitment team to develop interview questions and assessment criteria that are aligned with the role requirements and reflect the latest industry standards. Provide detailed feedback and evaluations to hiring managers to support informed decision-making in the recruitment process. Stay updated with the latest developments in Python and related technologies to ensure effective and relevant assessments. Strong technical background with extensive experience in Python, including familiarity with popular frameworks like Django, Flask, or FastAPI. Proven experience in technical interviewing, mentoring, or educational roles is preferred. Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical details clearly. Commitment to providing constructive feedback and maintaining professionalism throughout the interview process. Proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
