The Role As a QA Automation Engineer , you will strengthen our engineering efforts by designing, building, and maintaining high-quality automated test suites and frameworks. You will work with Product and Engineering teams to embed QA automation into the development lifecycle, helping us ship reliable releases faster and with confidence. What You’ll Do Write clear, effective test cases and define quality criteria for features. Automate tests across product areas using modern test automation frameworks. Perform manual testing where needed to validate complex workflows and edge cases. Implement QA automation as a core part of the product development lifecycle. Own quality outcomes through test coverage, automation reliability, and reporting. Partner closely with Product and Engineering to improve QA processes. Use AI tools and techniques to accelerate testing, generate test cases, and increase coverage. Advocate for quality best practices across teams. What You Bring Proven experience with test automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, Appium, etc.). Strong foundation in writing and executing manual and automated tests . Comfortable authoring test cases , defining acceptance criteria, and improving test strategies. Ability to implement QA automation into CI/CD pipelines. Experience using or integrating AI tools to accelerate testing and improve quality . Excellent communication skills with a bias for action and sense of urgency. Ability to evaluate severity and urgency and escalate effectively. Experience working with cross-functional teams in Product and Engineering. Familiarity with software development processes, Git, and Agile workflows. A mindset of ownership, curiosity, and continuous improvement.
