QA Engineer

Also, on some other projects you are expected to work as a single QA. You will be in charge of WEB projects with the next tech stack: Ruby+ React, NodeJS+React. Challenges and goals you'll own: Plan and run all needed manual functional testing, cross-browser/cross-platforms (mobile devices), acceptance testing. Plan and execute regression testing with reasonable coverage. Test strategy preparation and execution (for different phases of the Project) according project goals and resources (with QA Lead helping). Create optimal Test Documentation: Test Plans, check-list/test cases, other types of test Documents (tables, MindMaps, Schemas and etc.) Make requirements analysis and clarification blank spots. Communicate with Business Analyst, developers, Product owners and other team members. Estimate required testing activities. Perform work progress providing for team members on sprint meeting and by request. Work under 2 projects in parallel. What we expect from you: At least 10 months of QA expertise Full understanding of manual QA processes and methods for different project phases. Updating test strategy according to project stages. Willing to release product with good quality. Proficiency in test-design techniques and creation of test documentation: Partition classes, Boundary Testing, State&Transition techniques, Decision Tables. Ability to write SQL requests (select, select with joins). Experience in BTS/TTS or similar systems (Jira, Zephyr Scale / TestRail). Experienced Chrome Developer Tools users. Basic knowledge of API testing. Web-technologies knowledge (understanding main concepts of client-server architecture, API, xml, css, html, http). Understanding of software development methodologies (Agile: Scrum/Kanban). Nice to have: Experience in Mobile testing process and testing tools (iTools, Android studio, xCode).
