- Test features and fixes on staging: functional, exploratory and cross-browser.
- Regression before each weekly release; short smoke test afterwards.
- Test voice calls end to end, from microphone check to the resulting report.
- Check accuracy and consistency of AI output and build small repeatable evaluation sets.
- Write clear bug reports in English with steps, expected/actual results, screenshot or recording.
- Maintain regression checklists and gradually automate stable paths.

- Minimum 3 years of manual and exploratory QA experience.
- Fluent spoken and written English; quiet place for live voice calls.
- Daily use of AI tools in QA work.
- Cross-browser testing on desktop and mobile browsers.
- Independent judgement about product behaviour, not only following scripts.

Nice to have:

- Testing real-time voice/video features: WebRTC, voice assistants, calling apps.
- Testing LLM-based features: consistency, hallucinations, unusual inputs, evaluation sets.
- Playwright or Cypress.
- API testing with Postman or similar.
- Web SaaS product experience, ideally B2B, sales or recruiting tools.
