This is an opportunity to contribute to product quality, suggest process improvements, and help shape testing strategies in a practical, hands-on way.
Responsibilities
- Perform manual testing across functional, UI, and accessibility areas to verify features meet requirements and user needs.
- Design, execute, and document API tests to validate integrations and backend behaviour.
- Use AI-assisted tools (for example, Claude) to streamline test case generation, exploratory testing, and defect analysis.
- Write clear, reproducible bug reports and work with developers to diagnose and resolve issues.
- Apply software testing theory and methodologies to define effective test strategies and approaches.
- Use Gherkin syntax and the BDD approach to create readable, behaviour-focused scenarios where appropriate.
- Identify risks and potential quality issues early in the development process and propose mitigation steps.
- Define test scope and prioritise testing activities based on risk, project timelines, and product impact.
- Communicate test status, risks, and results to stakeholders in a timely and constructive manner.
Qualifications
- Practical, hands-on experience in manual testing including functional, UI, and accessibility testing.
- Experience performing API testing with relevant tools or frameworks.
- Practical experience using AI tools (e.g., Claude) to support testing activities and improve efficiency.
- Good knowledge of software testing theory and common methodologies.
- Familiarity with Gherkin syntax and applying the BDD approach.
- Proactive mindset with the ability to take initiative and suggest process or product improvements.
- Ability to identify and communicate risks and potential quality issues early in development.
- Capability to define test scope and prioritise tasks according to risk and impact.
- Communicative English at B1 level or higher.
- Nice to have: experience in test automation using Playwright and Cucumber, and knowledge of TypeScript.
Benefits
- Remote working.
- Unique TEAL culture, relationship- and respect-driven community, non-corporate atmosphere.
- Agile approach and no bureaucracy.
- Outstanding integration trips to various places in Europe.
- Activities to support your well-being and health.
- Luxmed Gold Extended medical care and Multisport Plus benefit.
