QA Engineer - mid / QA inženir - m

As a QA Engineer at bragg, you will play a crucial role in safeguarding the quality, reliability, and jurisdictional compliance of our next-gen iGaming products. In this role, you will design and execute test plans, identify defects, and validate seamless functionality across diverse platforms and mobile devices. Your daily effort directly fuels bragg’s mission by ensuring that our entertainment ecosystems deliver flawless, high-performing player experiences to millions worldwide.

This is a hybrid role based at our Ljubljana office.

what you’ll do:

• Prepare test cases in alignment with product strategy and feature goals;
• Execute test cases according to structured test plans;
• Monitor, track, and log software defects using industry-standard tools (JIRA, Confluence, Logstash);
• Conduct exploratory and regression testing;
• Collaborate closely with development teams throughout the active Scrum lifecycle;
• Maintain testing environments (setup and configuration);
• Perform mobile device testing (real devices, Browserstack);
• Build a deep understanding of Bragg’s core products and specific jurisdictional/regulatory requirements.

what you bring to the team:

• 2+ years of hands-on Quality Assurance experience in the software/IT industry;
• High attention to detail;
• Strong organizational skills combined with big-picture systems thinking;
• Experience across diverse testing methodologies (functional, integration, regression, exploratory);
• Demonstrated ability to integrate Generative AI into the engineering workflow to speed up debugging, automate routine coding tasks, and enhance architecture design and problem-solving.

nice-to-haves:

• Knowledge of Xray test management tool, Playwright/Jmeter, and/or Postman.
