Flexi is looking for an experienced QA Engineer to join our dynamic and growing team! 📍 Location : Greece (Remote/Hybrid - Athens office) 💼 Employment : Full-time 🔍 About the Role Flexi is looking for a proactive QA Engineer with strong hands-on experience in manual and automated testing to help strengthen quality assurance practices across our iGaming platform . This is not just a testing role. We are looking for someone who can improve processes, introduce structure, drive automation, and help build a modern QA culture inside the company. If you enjoy solving complex challenges, improving workflows, and raising product quality standards across teams, this role is for you. Depending on experience and fit, there is an opportunity to take broader ownership of QA processes and grow into a leadership role. 🛠️ Key Responsibilities Take ownership of QA activities across platform features and releases Design and improve QA processes, testing strategies, and release workflows Create, execute, and maintain structured test cases and testing scenarios Identify, report, track, and help troubleshoot bugs effectively Drive the introduction and expansion of automated testing practices Evaluate and introduce tools, frameworks, and best practices to improve testing efficiency Collaborate closely with developers and product managers to ensure high-quality releases Contribute to scalable QA standards as the platform and team continue to grow Utilize AI-powered tools to improve QA efficiency and testing coverage 🎓 Qualifications 2+ years of experience in QA/testing roles for web applications Strong understanding of QA methodologies, testing processes, and release management Hands-on experience with automated testing tools and frameworks Ability to introduce structure, improve workflows, and drive QA best practices Experience balancing manual and automated testing approaches Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and take ownership of QA initiatives Excellent communication and collaboration skills Fluency in Greek and English Previous experience in the iGaming industry is considered a plus 🌟 Our Culture At Flexi, we value creativity, innovation, and ownership.
