Job Description

We are looking for a strategic and data-driven Senior Product Manager to join our dynamic team. As a Senior Product Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the vision, strategy, and roadmap of our products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that our offerings align with our business goals and deliver value to our users.

Your Responsibilities

  • Design, execute, and maintain effective test scenarios based on product requirements, business flows, risks, and technical understanding.

  • Perform functional, regression, smoke, exploratory, and risk-based testing across web and mobile platforms.

  • Analyze requirements and identify potential risks, gaps, edge cases, and unclear behavior before and during development.

  • Investigate, reproduce, document, and track defects, gathering relevant evidence and technical information before escalating issues to development teams.

  • Perform API and backend-related testing using tools such as Postman and browser developer tools when required.

  • Validate fixes and ensure issues are properly resolved before release.

  • Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, UX, and other stakeholders throughout the development lifecycle.

  • Prioritize testing activities based on product risk, business impact, and release requirements.

  • Ensure quality standards are maintained throughout all stages of development, from early testing through production releases.

  • Support release cycles by ensuring features are stable, compliant, and production-ready.

  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of QA processes, tools, documentation, and best practices.

  • Take ownership of assigned features and testing activities from initial requirements through release.

What we are looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

  • 3–5 years of hands-on experience as a QA Engineer, QA Analyst, or Software Tester, preferably working with complex web-based products.

  • Strong understanding of manual testing methodologies, including functional, regression, smoke, exploratory, and risk-based testing.

  • Strong attention to detail with a structured and analytical approach to problem-solving.

  • Strong troubleshooting and investigation skills, with the ability to analyze issues beyond visible UI behavior.

  • Basic understanding of APIs, HTTP requests/responses, client-server architecture, and browser developer tools.

  • Experience with API testing tools such as Postman is an advantage.

  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

  • Ability to clearly communicate issues, findings, and risks and collaborate effectively with Product, Development, and other cross-functional teams.

  • Ability to prioritize testing activities based on risk and business impact.

  • A proactive, ownership-driven, and quality-focused mindset.

  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English.

  • Experience within iGaming or another highly regulated industry is considered an advantage, but is not mandatory.

What's in it for YOU?

  • Excellent work environment

  • Monetary vouchers on Birthdays and other special occasions

  • Fully equipped kitchen and in-house entertaining space

  • Company-provided Medical Insurance coverage

  • Exciting company activities including monthly lunches, corporate gatherings, an intercompany football team, competitions, and many other activities

  • Casual dress code

  • A chance to advance professionally inside one of the world's largest iGaming organisations
