Senior Software Quality Engineer – hybrid: 4 days On-Site and 1 day remote

🚀 We’re Hiring: QA Lead (Manual & Automation Testing)

Are you passionate about quality, driven by precision, and experienced in leading high-performing QA teams? We’re looking for a QA Lead to take ownership of our testing strategy and ensure the delivery of robust, scalable, and high-quality products.

🔍 Role Overview

As a QA Lead, you will define and drive the overall quality assurance strategy, combining strong manual testing expertise with advanced automation capabilities. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, product, and DevOps teams to build a culture of quality from the ground up.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

● Lead and mentor a team of QA engineers (manual & automation)

● Design and implement comprehensive test strategies and plans

● Oversee both manual testing efforts and automation frameworks

● Drive test automation initiatives using modern tools and best practices

● Collaborate with developers and product managers to define acceptance criteria

● Ensure continuous integration and testing within CI/CD pipelines

● Analyze test results, identify risks, and recommend improvements

● Champion quality standards and continuous improvement across teams.

💡 Required Skills & Experience

● 6+ years in Quality Assurance, with at least 2 years in a leadership role

● Strong hands-on experience in manual testing methodologies

● Proven expertise in test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or similar)

● Experience with API testing tools (e.g., Postman, RestAssured)

● Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices

● Familiarity with performance and security testing

● Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills

💡 Soft Skills:

• Fluent in English (spoken and written).

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

• Ability to mentor junior team members and improve testing processes.

• Adaptability to work in agile environments with evolving requirements.
