We seek a QA Manager/ Leader (Vietnamese Only) who shares our passion for innovation and change. This role is critical to helping our business partners evolve and adapt to consumers' personalized expectations in this new technological era. You will get the chance to: Strategy & Leadership: Define, build, and evolve the overarching QA strategy and architecture for the organization. Team & Delivery Control: Oversee the QA team's daily operations, controlling delivery pipelines to ensure high-quality, timely software releases in an Agile environment. Champion Best Practices: Promote, enforce, and mentor teams on software quality best practices, shifting quality left in the development lifecycle. AI-Driven Testing: Architect and implement AI-driven testing techniques (e.g., autonomous test generation, visual AI) to discover edge cases and accelerate test coverage beyond standard manual boundaries. Predictive Defect Analytics: Establish frameworks for predictive defect analytics, utilizing historical data and machine learning to proactively identify and target high-risk code areas before deployment. Automated Execution: Oversee and scale robust automated script execution within CI/CD pipelines to ensure continuous, frictionless delivery. What will help you succeed: 8+ years of QA/QE experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership, mentoring, or strategic role. Proven track record of defining test strategies and managing end-to-end team delivery. Deep expertise in automated script execution (e.g., Playwright, Cypress, Selenium) and CI/CD tools. Hands-on experience implementing AI-driven testing tools and predictive defect models, specially in Anthropic and Claude ecosystem. Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and promote quality standards.
