If so, we're looking for a QA Specialist to join our Software Development & Delivery team on the journey to success! What You’ll do: Participate throughout the SDLC to ensure quality is built into the product from requirements through release Review requirements, user stories, specifications, and technical documentation to identify gaps, ambiguities, risks, and testability concerns Define test coverage and design, maintain, and execute test scenarios and test cases Perform functional, regression, integration, exploratory, API, and end-to-end testing across mobile and web applications Test APIs using tools such as Postman or Bruno Identify, reproduce, document, prioritize, and track defects using Jira or similar tools Work closely with developers, Product Owners, Business Analysts, and other stakeholders to clarify requirements and resolve issues Communicate testing progress, quality risks, blockers, and release readiness to the team Identify edge cases, gaps in coverage, and potential quality risks before they reach production Contribute to improving QA processes, testing practices, documentation, and the overall quality culture What you’ll need to succeed: University degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or a related field 3+ years of professional experience in Quality Assurance Strong understanding of SDLC, QA processes, and software testing methodologies Hands-on experience with manual functional, regression, integration, exploratory, and end-to-end testing Strong ability to analyze requirements and translate them into effective test scenarios and coverage Experience with API testing using tools such as Postman or Bruno Experience with defect tracking and test management tools, preferably Jira Strong analytical, critical-thinking, and attention-to-detail skills Excellent English communication and collaboration skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities Proactive mindset and strong ownership of product quality Performance testing experience (e.g. k6) is an advantage Programming and test automation experience are not required for this role What we offer: Take your career to the next level with real growth opportunities Work on exciting, meaningful projects that make an impact Be seen and appreciated for who you are and what you do Join a vibrant, international team of 23 nationalities who’ve got your back Stay covered with additional private health insurance Receive monthly food vouchers as part of your benefits package Enjoy exclusive perks & discounts – from Multisport cards to top retailers Benefit from special rates on our banking products Work in the heart of Sofia – steps away from National Palace of Culture and South Park Bring your furry friend to work – because every office is better with paws Visit our Career Page to learn more about what makes us different.
