Software Quality Engineer (f/m/d)

Your Tasks

  • Definition and implementation of the SW quality program and contribution to defining the SW-development life cycle
  • Definition of SW quality requirements for suppliers
  • Preparation and revision of the SW product assurance plan for contractual milestones
  • Definition and verification of quality requirements for suppliers
  • Implementation and assurance of processes during all phase of the SW life cycle.
  • Surveillance and support of SW related verifications and validations
  • Participation in internal and external milestone reviews (SRR, PDR, CDR,…)
  • Regular reporting towards customers and project management

Your Qualifications

  • A university degree in computer science or a comparable qualification
  • Ideally, several years of professional experience in SW quality assurance in the space industry
  • Experiences in application of SW process standards (e.g. ECSS, Spice4Space, ISO 15504, CMMi)
  • Used to make decisions and communicate them towards suppliers and customers
  • A skilled and confident negotiator with excellent communication skills
  • Flexible, with a sense of responsibility, able to work independently
  • Fluency in written and spoken English
