Quality Assurance Analyst

LeverageTek is actively seeking a QA Analyst (MS Dynamics CRM) for a 6 month contract with its Ottawa based customer.

Work Location:

Hybrid Ottawa - Open to remote

Key Tasks

• Create and execute test plans and scripts that validate application/system performance according to specifications
• Investigate and document repro steps for customer complaints and non-conformance issues
• Suggest solutions to resolve product quality issues and achieve improved customer satisfaction
• Collaborate with Technology Solutions teams in application testing, including system, unit, regression, load, and acceptance testing
• Apply established metrics to determine the readiness, quality, and operability of software, systems, and products due for release to members and/or within the enterprise
• Support data migration testing from one CRM instance to another
• Perform integration testing across connected systems and platforms

Key Qualifications

• Minimum 8+ years of hands-on experience in a QA Analyst role with the ability to self-direct in a low-process, ambiguous environment
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM — (Sales module speciafically)
• Demonstrated experience creating and executing test plans and scripts, including defect management across system, regression, UAT, and integration testing

Qualifications (Assets)

• Experience supporting or testing CRM data migration projects
• Experience with automation testing
• Experience working in cross-functional technology teams

Compensation:

Hourly Rate Negotiable
