Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Quality Assurance Analyst to join our team in Pittsburgh, PA. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software quality assurance, with experience in both manual and automated testing. You will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute test plans and test cases for software products.

• Perform manual and automated testing to ensure product quality.

• Identify, document, and track software defects and inconsistencies.

• Collaborate with development teams to resolve issues and improve product quality.

• Conduct API testing and SQL/database testing.

• Participate in Agile development processes and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.

Required Skills and Experience

• 1-5 years of experience in software quality assurance.

• Proficiency in testing tools such as Selenium, JIRA, and Postman.

• Experience with SQL/database testing and API testing.

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication skills.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred.
