Role Description The Quality Assurance Automation Engineer is a full-time, remote role focused on ensuring the reliability and performance of software solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include designing and executing test cases, performing manual and automated testing, and validating new features and enhancements before release. The role involves building and maintaining test automation frameworks, identifying and documenting defects, and collaborating with developers, product owners, and other stakeholders to resolve issues. The Engineer will also contribute to test strategy, improve QA processes, and help enforce quality standards across the software development lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong skills in Quality Assurance and Software Testing, including familiarity with QA best practices and testing methodologies.
• Candidates should possess skills in designing, documenting, and executing Test Cases, with the ability to translate requirements into clear test scenarios.
• Candidates should possess skills in Manual Testing, including functional, regression, and integration testing of web and/or mobile applications.
• Candidates should possess skills in QA Automation, including experience with test automation tools, frameworks, and scripting languages.
• Relevant experience in agile or iterative development environments, working closely with cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills in English and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
