As a Junior Quality Assurance Consultant you’ll get the unique opportunity to:

Build a broad quality skillset in a corporate QA environment

Work on a 1-year project at a leading international pharmaceutical client

🏢 What you’ll be doing

As a Junior Quality Consultant, you will join the Corporate Quality team of our client and contribute to the management of the GxP Training System, aligned with Quality, Safety, Environmental and applicable regulatory requirements. You will quickly develop both your technical expertise and professional skills.

Manage the GxP Training System: Supervise and control job-role training requirements (courses, procedures and on-the-job training) within the training management system, based on SAP HR and Moodle e-learning.

Ensure system integration and compliance: Verify the integration between the company’s document management systems (EDMS) and the training system, and follow up compliance with the standardized corporate Training Process.

Monitor and report: Monitor and maintain training status in the system, prepare training reports and KPIs, and escalate incidents and deviations to the responsible stakeholders.

Share quality knowledge: Deliver training on Quality concepts to client staff and support training administrators across the group’s companies in assigning and managing corporate training.

Grow into a quality professional: Take part in system implementations and configuration, develop stakeholder communication and problem-solving skills, and take on increasing responsibility.

You might be the perfect fit if you:

Hold a Master’s degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences or another relevant scientific field.

Have knowledge of GMP/GxP, ideally gained through a traineeship or first experience in QA.

Are familiar with training management or document management systems (SAP, Moodle, EDMS) — a plus.

Are fluent in Spanish and English.
