Documentation of test results for the software development team. Create tests to identify software problems. Motivate the development process for performance & efficiency. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry advancements & trends. Works alongside software developers to improve & enhance programs. Analyze errors & bugs found during tests. Research and compare similar competitor products Responsibilities Review specifications requirements, and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback. Investigate the causes of non-conforming software and train users to implement solutions. Estimate, plan, prioritize, and coordinate testing activities. Design, develop and execute automation scripts using open source tools. Identify, record, document thoroughly and track bugs. Develop and apply testing processes for new and existing products to meet client needs. Communicate with internal teams to identify system requirements. Monitor debugging process results. Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved. Skills Required Exceptional attention to detail. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Good oral and written communication skills. Great team player and able to work efficiently with minimal supervision. Basic JavaScript Skills. Familiarity with Git. Preferred Skills Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools and processes. Experience in writing clear, concise and comprehensive test plans and test cases. Hands-on experience with automated testing tools like Cypress. Good knowledge of database systems and scripting. Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process. Experience with performance and/or security testing. Fluency in French is an asset.
