About the role

We are seeking a proactive QA Automation Analyst with a strong frontend/end-to-end focus to join our growing team. In this role, you will turn requirements into reliable, maintainable automated tests for our web applications - building and scaling our E2E suite while keeping flakiness under control. You will work closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to catch issues early and deliver a flawless travel experience to our customers.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze requirements and acceptance criteria and translate them into automated end-to-end test scenarios;

• Design, implement, and maintain frontend/E2E automation using Playwright with TypeScript;

• Apply BDD practices (Cucumber/Gherkin) to keep scenarios readable and aligned with business intent;

• Build robust, maintainable test suites with a strong focus on preventing flakiness and ensuring reliable results;

• Integrate and maintain automated tests within CI/CD pipelines;

• Perform cross-browser and responsive testing, complemented by exploratory testing for uncovered areas;

• Identify, document, and track bugs; collaborate with developers to resolve them;

• Contribute to the continuous improvement of QA frameworks, tooling, and automation standards.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field;

• 3+ years of experience as a QA Engineer/Analyst with a focus on test automation;

• Hands-on experience with UI/E2E automation frameworks (Playwright preferred; Cypress or Selenium considered);

• Solid programming skills in TypeScript/JavaScript;

• Experience with BDD frameworks (Cucumber/Gherkin);

• Strong command of test design techniques and a clear understanding of what to automate and what not to;

• Experience testing APIs for validation (e.g., Postman or similar);

• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control (Git, GitHub, GitLab);

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail;

• Strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a hybrid/remote team.

Nice to have

• Experience with visual regression and/or accessibility testing;

• Experience extending automation to API/integration layers;

• Experience with performance/load testing tools (e.g., k6, JMeter, or Gatling);

• ISTQB certification.
