We're looking for an experienced, hands-on Senior QA Engineer / QA Lead to establish, drive, and continuously improve quality assurance across our software platforms.

This is an opportunity to take ownership of our QA approach, introduce effective testing practices, and play a key role in delivering reliable, high-quality software.

💼 The Role

You'll lead the development of our QA strategy, processes, and testing infrastructure, working closely with engineering and product teams to embed quality throughout the software development lifecycle.

From designing test plans and implementing automation frameworks to coordinating releases and identifying quality risks, you'll help shape how we build, test, and deliver our products.

We're looking for someone who combines strong technical testing expertise with initiative, leadership, and a practical approach to quality assurance.

🛠️ What You'll Do

• Establish and lead the QA function, defining testing strategies, standards, workflows, and best practices across our software platforms.
• Design and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scenarios covering functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing.
• Build and maintain scalable test automation frameworks for web applications and APIs.
• Introduce and continuously improve automated regression testing to increase coverage and reduce manual effort.
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and business analysts to identify requirements, define acceptance criteria, and prevent defects early.
• Manage defect tracking, prioritization, verification, and resolution throughout the development lifecycle.
• Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines and support reliable software releases.
• Define and monitor QA metrics, testing coverage, and quality indicators to drive continuous improvement.
• Coordinate release testing, validate critical business workflows, and communicate quality risks.
• Create and maintain clear testing documentation, user manuals, and end-user guides.

👤 What You Bring

• 5+ years of professional experience in software quality assurance, including significant hands-on experience with test automation.
• Proven ability to design QA processes, define testing strategies, and take ownership of software quality.
• Strong experience with web application testing, including functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing.
• Hands-on experience with automation tools such as Playwright, Selenium, or Cypress.
• Experience with API testing using tools such as Postman or equivalent solutions.
• Good understanding of software development lifecycles, Agile methodologies, and CI/CD practices.
• Experience with test management, bug tracking, and development collaboration tools such as Azure DevOps or Jira.
• Ability to translate business requirements into structured test cases and effective testing scenarios.
• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills in Greek and English.
• A proactive mindset, strong sense of ownership, and the ability to coordinate QA activities independent

• Strong scripting or programming skills in C#, JavaScript, or TypeScript.
• Experience with Azure DevOps pipelines and automated testing integration.
• Familiarity with Microsoft .NET, Angular, and SQL Server environments.
• Experience with performance, load, security, or accessibility testing.
• Knowledge of SQL for data validation and backend testing.
• Familiarity with Telerik Test Studio.
• Experience testing enterprise SaaS platforms, complex business workflows, or multi-tenant applications.

• Experience producing structured user documentation and training materials.
