What You’ll Own

• Own testing end-to-end—defining strategies, crafting functional test scenarios, and executing execution plans from initial requirements through to final release.
• Establish robust test environments and execute comprehensive regression suites across core policy, claims, and pensions platforms.
• Identify and manage complex defects through to resolution, partnering closely with BAs and developers to eliminate delivery risks.

What You Bring

• 3+ years of experience as a QA within insurance environments.
• Deep domain knowledge across Life Insurance, Pensions, Policy Administration, or Claims systems.
• Hands-on experience with Life400, AS400, or legacy IBM Mainframe architecture.
