Quality Assurance Specialist

The Quality Assurance Specialist I position will ensure our submissions are processed to the highest quality standards. You will audit various accounts and reports to ensure data integrity within the department. Also, work to streamline new reports and propose automation improvements to improve overall data accuracy. You will report to the Quality Assurance Manager II and will collaborate frequently with leaders from Operations and Recruitment Training.

In this role, you will:

• Conduct daily internal process audits using standard sample sizes to maintain consistent quality benchmarks.

• Document audit findings in real-time within internal control platforms to provide stakeholders with immediate, actionable feedback.

• Maintain accurate reporting of all reviewed submissions within Google's internal control systems.

• Leverage feedback tools to proactively coach process owners and lead them through continuous improvement cycles.

• Manage the internal documentation control unit, ensuring all process procedures remain up-to-date and organized.

• Partner with the QA Manager on strategic process improvement initiatives that scale the team’s impact.

• Facilitate training, post-training, and cross-training sessions within your focal area to ensure operational capacity aligns with business forecasts.

• Optimize training plans as operational processes evolve, utilizing AI and modern tools to enhance learning efficiency.

• Collaborate across departments to align quality standards with broader business objectives.

• Maintain a resilient and solution-oriented mindset during periods of organizational growth and structural change.

• Proactively initiate improvements, consistently going above and beyond to drive operational excellence.
