Join TeleClinic and play a pivotal role in shaping a healthier society. You will advance QA within our AI-first Software Development Lifecycle (AI-SDLC). This is a structural and strategic role, not implementation-heavy: AI writes the automated tests, so your job is to make sure the right tests get written, the right things get checked manually, and the process holds together as the system scales. You own test plan generation across the AI-SDLC. For every module, you define what must be verified and how, and you design the systems, scenarios, and test plans so that manual and automated testing can move fast. You are the sparring partner for quality gate design, working with our Architect and Full-Stack Engineers to define what the quality loop must catch at each stage — integration, E2E, policy checks, and side-effect monitoring — with the most rigor reserved for our Telematics Infrastructure (TI) integration points (eRezept, eAU, ePA, KIM) given their compliance exposure. Concretely, you will Collaborate with our developers and product managers to continuously improve our product and enhance customer satisfaction Perform manual testing to ensure product quality for single-page and desktop applications Create and own test plans for our web and mobile applications Analyze test results and document findings and defects as tickets and test reports Support the maintenance of the product backlog Communicate and prioritize bugs and improvements together with the product managers Shape our automated/continuous testing setup and infrastructure, and define the quality gates that AI-generated tests must satisfy Visualize the effort and status of testing in tickets and dashboards What you ideally bring Experience creating automated test cases to increase testing efficiency and reliability Hands-on experience with automated testing for React-based applications using frameworks such as Playwright or Cypress A strong eye for detail and user experience Motivation for continuous learning and the ability to quickly familiarize yourself with new topics An independent, structured, and solution-oriented way of working Passion for innovation and a strong sense of quality Experience collaborating with developers in an agile software development environment, and familiarity with QA and software tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Sentry, Datadog) Our salaries are determined based on objective and role-related criteria, aligned with the local market standards of your specific hiring country.
