Salesblox is building a platform that brings AI call scoring, coaching workflows and sales performance insights together. We’re looking for a Manual QA Tester to help us check that the product works clearly and reliably for customers.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Testing new features and existing workflows across the Salesblox platform.
• Checking user journeys, forms, dashboards, reports and account settings.
• Writing clear test cases and recording results.
• Reproducing bugs and sharing the steps, screenshots or recordings needed to investigate them.
• Retesting fixes and carrying out regression testing.
• Checking the platform across different browsers, screen sizes and devices.
• Flagging confusing or inconsistent experiences and suggesting improvements.
• Working with the product and development team to clarify expected behaviour.

What We’re Looking For

You’ll be thorough, curious and comfortable explaining exactly what happened when something did not work as expected.

You’ll need:

• Experience testing websites, web applications or software.
• Strong attention to detail and a structured approach to testing.
• The ability to write clear bug reports and test steps.
• Confidence testing a product independently and asking useful questions.
• Good written and spoken English.
• A reliable remote-working setup and the ability to overlap with UK business hours.

Experience testing SaaS products, CRM systems or AI-enabled tools would be helpful. Familiarity with browser developer tools, API testing or SQL is a plus. Formal qualifications are not required.
