The Role
Are you naturally organised, detail-oriented, and motivated to make a real impact? Do you have a passion for quality, coaching, and people development? If you’re looking to develop your own skills while helping others grow, this could be the perfect opportunity.
With a strong eye (and ear) for detail, you will be responsible for auditing calls and claims against defined matrices, ensuring that both competency and regulatory standards are consistently met. Your insights will play a key role in identifying trends, highlighting development areas, and driving improvements.
You’ll also be actively involved in both the onboarding and ongoing development of colleagues. From supporting new starter inductions to delivering tailored training, feedback and coaching sessions, you’ll help drive a positive, high-performing learning culture.
This role offers a fantastic opportunity to get hands-on with people development through a variety of activities, including:
- Conducting quality audits across Claims, Complaints, and other business areas.
- Assessing performance against KPIs, customer service standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Analysing quality and performance data, identifying trends and development opportunities.
- Delivering constructive feedback and coaching to support colleague growth.
- Designing and delivering engaging training sessions, inductions, and learning materials.
- Maintaining training records, documentation, and department processes.
This role offers the opportunity to develop your own skills in coaching, facilitation, learning design, and performance analysis within a supportive and collaborative team.

- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience analysing data and identifying trends.
