Quality Control

Position Purpose

Ensure that all finished products/systems comply with quality, regulatory, and customer-specific requirements prior to shipment, ensuring compliance with company standards and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform final quality inspections on products and systems intended for shipment.

• Verify product compliance with technical drawings, specifications, internal procedures, and customer requirements.

• Perform dimensional, visual, and functional inspections using appropriate measuring instruments.

• Validate the completeness and accuracy of product documentation (certificates, test reports).

• Manage and record inspection results in company systems.

• Identify, segregate, and report any nonconformities detected during final inspection.

• Collaborate with Production, Engineering, Logistics, and Quality Assurance to resolve quality issues.

• Support root cause analysis and define corrective and preventive actions.

• Participate in internal audits, customer audits, and third-party audits when requested.

• Monitor quality indicators related to outgoing inspection and final product/system testing and propose continuous improvement actions.

Required Technical Skills

• Knowledge of quality control methodologies and final inspection techniques.

• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.

• Use of dimensional measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, comparators, etc.).

• Knowledge of non-conformity management principles.

• Familiarity with applicable regulations and quality standards (ISO 9001).

• Good knowledge of IT systems and Microsoft Office.

• Experience using ERP systems or quality management software.

Requirements

Technical diploma

At least 2-3 years' experience in Quality Control, Inspection, or Manufacturing Quality roles.

Proficiency in English (intermediate or higher level).

Availability to perform inspections in production areas and warehouses.

Range: 30.000-35.000€
