Role Description The Quality Control Engineer is a full-time, hybrid role based in Seoul, South Korea, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. In this role, the engineer monitors and evaluates product quality across manufacturing processes, performs inspections and tests on dental prosthetic components, and documents results in accordance with company and regulatory standards. The engineer collaborates with production, R&D, and quality assurance teams to identify defects, analyze root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions. Day-to-day responsibilities include maintaining quality control procedures, supporting internal audits, updating quality documentation, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives. The role also involves preparing clear quality reports, communicating findings to stakeholders, and helping ensure that all products meet DIOpars’ high standards for safety, reliability, and performance.

Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess strong skills in Quality Control and Quality Assurance to oversee inspections, testing, and compliance with standards.
  • Candidates should possess solid Quality Management capabilities to support process optimization, documentation, and continuous improvement activities.
  • Candidates should possess excellent Analytical Skills to interpret data, investigate root causes, and recommend effective corrective actions.
  • Candidates should possess clear and professional Communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and report quality findings.
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Quality Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • Experience in medical devices, dental products, or regulated manufacturing environments is highly beneficial.
  • Familiarity with relevant quality standards and regulations (e.g., ISO 13485, GMP) and basic knowledge of statistical quality tools.
