GRSee Group is looking for a highly detail-oriented Quality Control & Reporting Specialist to support our consulting and audit teams.
We’re open to candidates from countries where English is the native language.
(US, UK, Canada, Australia, Ireland, New Zealand, Antigua and Barbuda, The Bahamas, Barbados, Belize, Jamaica, Trinidad and Tobago)
This is a fully remote position, with working hours aligned primarily with U.S. Eastern Time (EST/ET).
The role focuses on reviewing, refining, and quality-checking professional reports and client-facing documentation produced by our consultants, auditors, and technical teams.
The successful candidate will work closely with professionals across the Group to ensure that reports are clear, accurate, consistent, well structured, and ready for delivery to clients.
What Types of Reports Will You Work With?
The position supports a broad range of cybersecurity, compliance, consulting, and audit documentation, including:
- Cybersecurity and Compliance Reports – assessments, findings, recommendations, remediation activities, and compliance readiness reports.
- Audit Reports – professional reports prepared following cybersecurity and compliance audits and assessments.
- ISO Audit Documentation – audit reports, findings, nonconformities, observations, and related documentation for standards such as ISO 27001 and other information security and privacy standards.
- SOC 2 Reports and Supporting Documentation – audit documentation, observations, findings, and supporting materials related to SOC 2 engagements.
- Penetration Testing Reports – technical reports describing vulnerabilities, risk levels, findings, evidence, and remediation recommendations.
- Security Assessment Reports – reports covering security controls, policies, processes, and identified gaps.
- Compliance Gap Assessments – documentation showing an organization's current compliance position, identified gaps, and required remediation.
- vCISO and Advisory Deliverables – policies, risk assessments, management reports, security recommendations, and other strategic cybersecurity documentation.
- Meeting and Assessment Outputs – turning professional meetings, interviews, workshops, and technical discussions into structured and polished documents.
The role does not require performing the audits or technical assessments. The primary responsibility is to work with the professionals performing the work and ensure that the final documentation accurately and professionally reflects their conclusions.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and refine consulting and audit reports for accuracy, consistency, clarity, formatting, and professional quality.
- Work closely with auditors, consultants, penetration testers, and technical professionals to ensure documentation accurately reflects their findings and analysis.
- Review audit documentation before client delivery to ensure completeness and consistency.
- Improve wording, grammar, structure, terminology, and presentation while preserving the intended technical meaning.
- Identify grammatical, factual, formatting, structural, and logical inconsistencies.
- Convert notes, meetings, interviews, assessments, and professional discussions into clear and structured documentation.
- Ensure reports follow company templates, terminology, formatting requirements, and internal quality standards.
- Support the production of polished, client-ready deliverables.
- Handle confidential client, cybersecurity, business, and technical information responsibly.
Requirements
- Native English speaker or equivalent native-level written English is required.
- Exceptional written communication, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a strong commitment to accuracy and consistency.
- Ability to understand professional and technical content and improve its presentation without changing its intended meaning.
- Proven ability to work with sensitive and confidential information.
- Full proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Strong Microsoft Word skills, including formatting, document structure, tables, comments, and Track Changes.
- Ability to work effectively with auditors, consultants, technical professionals, project managers, and management.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple reports and deliverables simultaneously.
- Ability to work primarily during U.S. Eastern Time (ET) business hours.
- Previous experience in audit reporting, legal writing, cybersecurity, compliance, professional services, or a consulting firm is a major advantage.
- Familiarity with frameworks such as ISO 27001, SOC 2, PCI DSS, HIPAA, or similar standards is an advantage.
Work Model
This is a fully remote position.
The role requires regular collaboration with team members, consultants, and auditors and should be performed primarily during U.S. Eastern Time (ET) business hours.
Candidates may be located in other time zones, provided they are able to maintain consistent availability and overlap with the U.S. Eastern Time workday.
