Senior Infrastructure Service Delivery Analyst

IT Search is working with a well-established Insurance companies based in South Dublin (1 day / week onsite and 4 days remote) to appoint a Senior Infrastructure Service Delivery Analyst.

This is a broad infrastructure and IT operations role covering day-to-day service delivery, core infrastructure, third-party supplier management and technology change. The role would suit someone with strong hands-on infrastructure experience who has progressed into a broader operational and service delivery position

Responsibilities

• Supporting the availability, reliability and security of core IT infrastructure services across cloud, network, connectivity and hardware environments.
• Manage IT and SOC services delivered through third-party providers, including escalations and ongoing service performance.
• Oversee third-party technical resources including service desk, systems and network engineers.
• Support infrastructure and technology transformation projects from planning through to delivery.
• Identify opportunities to improve IT processes, service quality and operational efficiency.

Experience

• 8+ years’ experience in IT Infrastructure operations.
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, including server, networking, and cloud (Azure, SharePoint, O365)
• IT service management and ITIL-based operating environments.
• Exp managing MSPs and other third-party technology vendors
• Experience in regulated industry (insurance, financial services) and standards such as ISO 27001, NIST, COBIT, GDPR or DORA.
• Relevant certs such as ITIL, PMP, CISA, CISM or CISSP is a bonus

Remuneration

• Starting salary of 80-85K
• 10% bonus
• Hybrid working- currently 1 day onsite, 4 days remote
