Overview The Role QA Engineer for Crocs, Inc. is responsible for ensuring T1 factories and subcontractors consistently follow Crocs’ quality standards, processes, and policies. This role drives cross-functional collaboration with internal teams, factories, and suppliers to prevent and resolve quality issues across sample development, production trials, and mass production. The QA Engineer will support quality risk assessment for new styles, oversee execution of quality control plans and inspections, monitor testing and product disposition practices, and help strengthen factory quality systems and ownership mindset to deliver products that meet Crocs’ requirements. What You'll Do Drive cross-functional collaboration between factory and Crocs teams to resolve quality issues across sample development and production trials; spearhead DMF/A activities (kick-off, SMS, tear-down, PT meetings) and seasonal new-style quality risk assessments to prevent quality issues in early stages; design and improve quality control systems to coordinate workflows, optimize tool/service distribution, and uphold product quality standards. Manage the establishment and execution of product quality standards, timely reviews of QA sampling plans, and deployment of QA tools to ensure consistent product quality; oversee first-batch quality evaluations for new styles on day-one production, production line audits for SOP compliance, and final FG inspections in accordance with AQL standards; lead end-to-end handling of customer complaints/returns, including failure analysis, FA report preparation, and verification of corrective/preventive actions for effective case closure. Communicate quality-related updates, testing results, and performance feedback between internal teams, factories, and suppliers; align all stakeholders on quality protocols, expectations, and mitigation plans to ensure collective accountability for quality goals. Maintain oversight of material and finished goods testing matrix implementation in factory labs; ensure proper management of B/C grade products through consistent segregation and disposition practices to uphold overall product quality integrity. Track supplier quality performance against Crocs’ requirements; conduct regular performance assessments to identify gaps and drive continuous improvement in supplier quality compliance. What You'll Bring to the Table Education: College graduate Major: Not limited Minimum experience: 4 years Characters: Be good at learning, communicate and team working. Diligent working, responsible, willing to learn new knowledge. Background: More than 4 years quality engineering or inspect experience in footwear field Technical skills: Proficiency in development & commercialization process, knowledge of footwear materials, good understanding of shoemaking. Management skills: Communication, negotiation. Good MS office skill, fluent communication skill in written and oral English.
