• Quality certifications and labelling schemes, including ISO 9001, NF Service, and EFQM excellence models.

• Quality-related contractual requirements, such as performance criteria and malus/bonus systems including regularity, punctuality, customer information, claims management, cleanliness.

• Quality contributions in Bids, including drafting, structuring, and validating the quality chapter to meet client expectations and regulatory standards.

• ISO management systems, including:
