Complimentary Medical Coverage for your Family & dependents Retirements Savings Plan Life & Disability Insurance Work with diverse team members across countries & cultures Participate in Clubs based on your hobbies and share your passion with like minded enthusiasts Job Description You will be responsible for Planning and setup of the Quality Management function reporting to the Managing Partner After setup you will be responsible for running the quality function and meet the service quality & budget goals of the organization Hire, train and monitor the Quality organization setup across all service locations (India, Philippines, Americas) Report and Monitor quality across client accounts and report performance to Operations and other stakeholders in the organization Mentor, monitor & Retain a team of Quality Analysts across business operations and geographies Collaborate with Operations Leads to keep the team constantly updated and in lock step with the client requirements Lead the definition of policies, processes, strategies, standards, and guidelines using best practice frameworks, while reviewing current approaches and suggesting improvements. Support alignment between divisional and global strategies, regulations and standards through strong collaboration and partnership with the technology and business teams Requirements and skills Strong subject matter knowledge of Medical billing practices and procedures, including knowledge of state, local and federal laws Strong subject matter knowledge of Provider data and data management 12 to 15 years experience in BPO US Health care domain At least 5 years experience in Quality Management / Process Excellence Bachelor's Degree required; Masters preferred in a related field Out of the Box thinker - with a solution mindset Highly Analytical and has led improvement initiatives in BPO at a process or program level Very comfortable with using Microsoft Office applications and remote working Familiar with advanced business statistics and tools Can articulate complex statistical analysis through simplified presentations to business audience Can create PowerPoint decks for reviews Has team building and leadership skills
