Quantity Surveyor

Role Description This is a full-time Quantity Surveyor role based in Mangaluru with a hybrid work arrangement. The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for preparing and reviewing Bills of Quantities (BOQ), assisting in tendering and pricing, and supporting cost planning for interior and civil works. The role includes monitoring project budgets, tracking variations, and ensuring effective cost control throughout the project lifecycle. Day-to-day tasks involve coordinating with project managers, site teams, and vendors to gather data, validate measurements, and update cost reports. The Quantity Surveyor will also contribute to progress reporting, maintain documentation for audits and client communication, and support continuous improvement of cost management processes.

Qualifications

• Ability to prepare and manage BOQ and related quantity measurement documents.
• Strong skills in cost planning and cost management for interior and civil construction projects.
• Experience in cost control and cost reporting to support budget adherence and financial transparency.
• Proficiency with MS Excel and relevant quantity surveying or project management software.
• Degree or diploma in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related construction discipline.
• Knowledge of contracting practices, tender processes, and commercial interior fit-out projects.
• Attention to detail, strong numerical and analytical skills, and the ability to work to deadlines.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional project teams.
