  • Working collaboratively with Commercial, Technical and site teams to support project delivery.

EXPERIENCE & SKILLS

  • Experience as an Assistant Quantity Surveyor, Junior Quantity Surveyor or Quantity Surveyor within construction or property development.
  • Practical exposure to subcontractor procurement, valuations, variations or cost control.
  • An understanding of construction contracts, ideally JCT.
  • Strong numerical, analytical and organisational skills, with good attention to detail.
  • A proactive, commercially minded approach and a genuine willingness to learn.
  • Experience in residential construction, housebuilding, refurbishment or main contracting would be advantageous. Previous fire legacy, fire safety or remediation experience is not required, as full training will be provided.

SALARY & BENEFITS

  • Salary up to £60,000, depending on experience
