Quantity Surveyor - MEP
Design Build SearchDesignBuild Search have been engaged by a Global Construction Consultancy as they have a need for a Quantity Surveyor at Senior or Associate level with strong MEP or Data Centre project experience. Can be based in Dublin, Cork, or Galway with flexible hybrid working possible. Actively participate in the tender/bid process Analyse tenders/bids to ensure client value for money Assist in the preparation and agreement of final accounts Create estimates and cost plans for key client developments Oversee project spend by creating valuations and cost reports Support the settlement of construction disputes/loss and expense claims with transparency What's on offer? Salary circa €80-90k, depending on experience and suitability Pension, healthcare, income protection and more 25 days leave Very flexible working arrangements Option to start at or progress to Associate level Degree in Quantity Surveying 5+ years' QS or Cost Management experience Consultancy or client-side experience highly desired Must have extensive M&E or Data Centre experience Chartered status, or working towards.
